Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

Please read product information to see if returns/refunds/exchanges are available.

If available, you have 15 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. Please ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our address within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be in new or as-new conditions for full refund.

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

•         Changing your mind about the order

•         Not liking the style/color/art

•         Ordering by mistake

We will refund the cost of merchandise and shipping if:

•         Product arrived damage

•         We shipped the wrong product
